Every player on a team must register. Complete the form below and the EPL organisers will confirm your place with your team captain. Need the full details first? See the Players Guide.

Pick the team you’re representing. If your captain hasn’t set up your country yet, choose “My team isn’t listed yet” and type your country — the organisers will match you up.

All team players must register. Eligibility (age 40+, nationality / residency) is confirmed by the organisers.
