Before you enter

Eligibility, Format & Fees

Player eligibility

All registered players must turn 40 years old during 2026.
Each player must hold a passport from the country of the club they represent, or have been resident there for at least 1 year.
One (1) nationality exception per team is permitted.

Minimum combined age per pair

1st Pair: 85 years
2nd Pair: 95 years
3rd Pair: 105 years

Teams with fewer than 6 players

Teams unable to field the required players will forfeit the rubber.
Missing players may be replaced pre-tournament with eligible host-club players of the correct age.

Entry fee

£125 per player for non-EPL clubs.

Match format

A 3-day event featuring 4 groups of 4 teams.
The top two teams from each group progress to the Quarter Finals, then the Semi Finals and Final.
The bottom two teams from each group enter the Consolation Competition.
Every team is guaranteed a minimum of 6 matches across the 3 days.

Daily catering & Sponsors' Village

Hot and cold food and drinks are available throughout the day from the Rocks Lane Grill, clubhouse café and licensed bar. The dedicated Sponsors' Village offers sponsored drinks, snacks, sampling stations and entertainment daily for EPL teams and corporate sponsors.

How to Reach Us

Gatwick Airport

1 hour

Overground train to London Victoria. Change to the District Line (green) heading west to Ealing Broadway or Richmond (not Wimbledon). Turnham Green is 10 stops. ~1 hour by taxi / Uber.

Heathrow Airport

1 hour

Piccadilly Line (blue) heading east, nine stops to Acton Town. Change to the District Line (green) east, 2 stops to Turnham Green. ~20 minutes by taxi / Uber.

Luton Airport

1.5 hours

Luton DART to Luton Airport Parkway, then overground 4 stops to Kings Cross St Pancras (30 min). Piccadilly Line (blue) west, 9 stops to South Kensington. Change to the District Line (green) west, 8 stops to Turnham Green. ~1 hour by taxi / Uber.

Stansted Airport

2 hours

Stansted Express to Tottenham Hale. Victoria Line (light blue) south, 9 stops to Victoria. Change to the District Line (green) west to Ealing Broadway or Richmond (not Wimbledon). Turnham Green is 10 stops. ~1.5 hours by taxi / Uber.

Be ready

Checklist, Kit & Safety

Player checklist

Passport (6 months validity).
Travel insurance (sport covered).
EPL-branded team kit.
Non-marking shoes and rackets (x2).
Personal grips / towels.
Smart casual clothing for the presentation evening.
Power adapters (UK style).

Kit & equipment

Each team must wear a kit that includes the EPL logo.
Sponsor logos are permitted on team kit.
Match balls will be provided by EPL.

Medical, safety & insurance

On-site first aid available; physio on call.
UK emergency number: 999 (Police, Ambulance, Fire).
All players must hold personal medical / travel insurance covering padel participation in Europe.
